An evaluation tells you what is wrong. Most owners already know they will not get to it, because the person who would have to do it is also the person running the business.
Your evaluation fee comes off the price of any implementation booked within 30 days. If you book the $1,900 Operations Evaluation and then a $4,000 Systems Build, you pay $4,000 total, not $5,900.
